Reviewers consistently note the exceptional customer service, describing the support team as professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any issues. Some people were dissatisfied with the delivery process, mentioning that packages occasionally take much longer than expected to arrive or lack clear tracking updates. It charged me more than it said in the website, and it took weeks to arrive.
The color looks so artificial and bot blending
It’s been a month and no package. I send an email and they totally ignored it. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE
I still never received my order place in January 2025 and I paid and never got refunded
When i got the lenses said 2 months wear they sent me all 6 months wear
If I could give zero I would, I ordered 7 months ago and never received my order, spent over 50$ and haven’t gotten a reply or a tracking number . Don’t order from here unless you want your money stolen and to be scammed .
I am not sure what is happening. The replacement order never arrived at my home. Although the track said it was delivered on 6/2, I just don't know where it was delivered. I am disappointed; because i have ordered them before and never had an issue; however, I have chosen to purchase from another vendor. Thank you.
They stole my money ! Never sent me the product
First package was held in customs. So i didn't have them for my event. When i did receive them. I definitely should've chosen a different color. I look like a zombie. They don't look natural. The comfort was ok. The color with ring around wasn't for me.
first time I order and I've been waiting for my order since April, and it hasn't arrived. I told them to refund me the price of the contact lenses, but they won't. I'll end up filing a complaint.
The lenses are actually good, but they’re overpriced and take a long time to arrive. Also, when I ordered, the website said they were 12-month lenses, but when they arrived the packaging said 6 months. That was disappointing.
Pretty colored lenses, but they ripped after the first use. I’m always careful with all my lenses and I thought that this was maybe just a production error. But I’ve contacted them several times for weeks via email but they will not respond or write back regarding this matter. There is lots of other good companies that make beautiful lenses, just skip this one to avoid feeling like you got scammed.
I never even got my package. It said it was delivered and never was.
