Too Blurry

I was so excited to wear them but unfortunately the contact lenses were blurry. I still wore it and was driving to work and I couldn’t even see the number plate of the vehicle in the front on freeway, had to remove the lenses when I got to work.

My experiences are always great!

My experiences are always great!! I only wish they could do specific prescription strengths besides the standards that they have. I have to wear my contacts for the look and still wear my glasses in order to see because the color that I wear looks extremely natural. I also wish shipping time was a little faster otherwise I’d give them a perfect 5 stars

Liars

Liars, never received my order and they stole $50+ worth of my hard earned money. Wont respond to my emails. when i check the the tracking number in USPS, it gives me a message that COVID-19 tests are being prepared to be sent. Weird. weird company, horrible customer service, horrible quality contacts with no breathability and used with materials that were used in the 70s and 80s before there was a safer alternative. It should be illegal to scam this amount of people and intentionally misrepresent their company. also, i noticed their website does not have an address to their business. Yet another red flag. stick to air optix.

A bunch of Chinese scam artists

A bunch of Chinese scam artists. I bought 4 contacts, they pretended and made it seem like the package was on the way. 41 days later there was no update from shipping for a whole two weeks. Customer service tried to lie and say they spoke to shipper to expedite shipping. Two weeks later, no update. I emailed again for refund. They said their policy won’t let them but they will resend my order and I can pick a free pair. I said only if they expedite shipping and they responded they couldn’t but they wouldn’t give me my refund back. So, I took it to instagram and commented my experience to warn others of these scammers and they kept deleting my comments. I kept posting comments to their page to the point where they sent me a DM trying to give me the same excuse. I said no I want my money back. No response. Kept posting comments so they realized it wasn’t going to work with me so they finally returned my money. Days later I checked the shipping just to see and IT SAID DELIVERED WHEN IT WASNT!! No where to be found!!! So imagine if I had waited to accepted their offer to resend, I would be waiting for another 41+ days. BEWARE AND DONT FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS.

The contacts were compromised and looked like there was bacteria floating in them. Won’t be buying again. Threw them all out except for 1 pair!

Never received my order, it's been 5 months now. I had to do a chargeback. The tracking number they give is phoney

The diameter of the lenses are very big, also the lenses are not comfortable as they make my eye watery and irritate a lot. I ordered 4 different shades but they look so light and are very similar to each other.
