I don't know what happened to this company. I've ordered from them plenty of times before within the past couple of years but I've recently run into some issues with them. From reading a couple of reviews on here, I can see that I am not the only one who has experienced being suddenly scammed from them. I ordered a pair of contact lenses to restock (same ones I've ordered from them before) and the tracking said my order was delivered. That was not the case at all. I didn't receive a single thing. Mind you, I have security cameras all over my home and I reviewed the footage to see that NO ONE delivered my package. I sent an email to just4kira to let them know and they directed me to contact USPS, which I did. USPS showed me that the tracking number that just4kira provided me with was under someone else's name and address. I emailed just4kira the screenshots I had taken of my conversation with USPS as well as the images USPS sent themselves claiming that just4kira gave me a false tracking number. Just4kira refused to give me a refund still claiming that the package was delivered. I was furious as a loyal customer and demanded something to be done since I had solid evidence that the package had not been delivered. Only then, they decided to "send me a replacement." Now it's been over a month since that replacement's tracking has been updated and you can guess what happened. THE SAME ISSUE. Tracking says package was delivered when I received absolutely nothing. I don't know why they're doing this but they're clearly SCAMMING and are a fraudulent company. I am utterly disappointed in my experience with them. I will no longer be purchasing anything from just4kira. Save your money.
Absolutely terrible experience. This company is a scam. They took forever to deliver my order, and when it finally arrived, it was the completely wrong product. I contacted them multiple times to fix the issue, but they never responded and have been ignoring me ever since. Do not recommend at all, avoid at all costs!
The product has very good quality but the delivery time is too late and many times Just4kira has problems with the Spanish customs and I have to call the customs and it's not my responsibility. Just4kira is working with 4xp and is a poor delivery company and the tracking information is in Chinese language only. I do not like at all, use English or Spanish language cause I don't want understanding Chinese language.

i ordered this contact lenses, ive waited for a week then it arrive when i checked my parcel and when i try the contact its totally far from the photos, i feel like im wearing for halloween party or costume party.. but when i check my order its thesame but totally very far from what exactly look like in the photos.. i want a refund.. ITS A SCAM!!!
I did not got my order delivered what so ever. The tracking does not work. I contacted the store via instagram dms and was told tha i would be getting my order reshipped and im still in the same situation of no tracking updates.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option...Just4kira you have failed me on my last two purchases within a year's time frame...never have I ever had a company whom deals with medical material make this amount of mistakes and forces me to wait over 2 months for my purchased items...yes I've still not received my products yet you insist on a " helpful" review??? Stop with the bullshit and acting oblivious to your lack of proper business between your customers...until I receive my already paid purchase then will you get anymore out of me....

I’ve ordered from just4kira before and the order took about 2 weeks. This time I ordered I on April 23rd 2025, it is now May 22, 2025 and have still not received my order which I spent 50.00 on. I needed it for an event and don’t think I’m going to receive it by that even if I ordered well in advance. The tracking order seems fake it’s by “china post” and has been “in transit” for 2 weeks now. Not going to order from the again, and going to ask for refund.
I ordered a package abt 3 months ago got it resent abt 3-4 times and I STILL don’t have it ,every package never showed up. I asked for a refund, and got no response. Order was like 3 pairs of contacts I think, and I lost like 50 dollars.
I have not received my order. The very first time I bought from this site, I was very satisfied. However, the most recent, second time I bought contacts off this site, I had little notice of the delays in shipment and ended up not even receiving my package. I contacted the customer service team, and they said that they would send the same contacts for free for the inconvenience. They did ship out a new one but the shipping updates haven’t been updated, and I have yet to receive this order. I’ve been waiting for two months. I can’t even contact the carrier either because of the language barrier.
My order took way too long for it to arrive to me once the order got shipped I had already moved out of my apartment so I never received the contacts..
