Chocolate baby shower kisses order arrived melted . They replaced it BUT when I opened the replacement order the chocolate kisses were covered in white. The were old chocolate. The texture while trying to eat one was chalky. Thanks for the replacement but I will not order again from here.
HORRIBLE...DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!
This company does not even deserve one star. I ordered personalized wrappers for a baby shower tomorrow (Sunday). When I placed the order I was assured I would have them by this past Friday. I called EVERY day this week to make sure the item would arrive on time. I paid for 2 day shipping and was told the item would arrive on time. I would have even paid for overnight shipping if I needed to. Needless to say, the wrappers NEVER arrived. When I called this past Friday to ask them to track my package, they told me someone would call me next Monday to discuss my order. Next Monday is AFTER our shower. We are furious. We would ordered from a different company. The customer service is horrendous and the customer service representatives are RUDE and condescending. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Thay stand by their product even when it is NOT their mistake.
I was totally happy with my two orders. On one order I made a mistake on some lettering. I called Just Candy and they took care of my mistake without any charge. They are the best!!

The chocolate arrived melted twice out of 3 attempts and one attemptvwas missing oart of the order Was told overnight to prevent Melting hit non showed up in under 6 days And orders arrived with only 1 ice pack each time($300+ order) and temp of ice pack was 80+degrees

I purchased candy wrappers for custom…
I purchased candy wrappers for custom chocolate bars. All of the other companies provide a silver envelope for the chocolate bar plus the custom candy wrapper. This company sent silver sheets so each chocolate has to be manually wrapped and then have the wrapper applied. So much work and it looks really bad!

If there was a 0 star, that's what I would have provided. I ordered a product on a Monday, requesting next day air. After not seeing anything confirmed regarding shipment, I finally contacted customer support on Wednesday, 2 days later. Not only was the customer support person rude, she also did not care. She said the earliest they can ship would be next week. So a cost of next day air charge of $40, gets the product to you in 10 days. Hmm, that horrible. Customer service person was informed that the party I needed this product for was this weekend. Again, she did not care and was rude.

MAYBE TOOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!! Very misleading website!! Just be very careful about the fine print and how you order the candy. I did not realize that I only ordered just the wrapper (honestly, I don't even know why you would just do that) but also make sure that if you are ordering the item, that you are looking at all the fine print and pay for priority shipment. When placing my order, the website said it would arrive just before the bridal shower, however the confirmation email does provide what exactly you ordered or a date it will be delivered. When I called customer service, they said that all the information was provided while you place the order, but not provided in the email (why, i dont know!) anyways, just wanted to give people a heads up, if they are in bind with time, dont waste your time with this website!

Your party favors and candies are great but I ordered chocolate bars and they sat in the sun on my front patio. They became soft!! You might suggest that a delivery text be sent upon delivery for perishable items

Pink or NOT PINK
This company does not stand by its products. I ordered a pink buffet for my daughter's birthday and they sent me a substitute candy which is NOT PINK and told me it states on the website the color can be different. Don't waste your money.

My order was canceled because I was shipping favors for a surprise party to a different address than my billing address because I didn't want the birthday girl to see her surprise favors. Then you called through a number that came up as spam so I didn't answer. Please try sending an email, or realize that people probably enter a different address on purpose.

I placed my order on a Saturday and later that day I found an error on my order I sent an email to get it fixed prior to printing. I called on Monday morning and I was told so sorry its your own issue. Customer service was rude along with the supervisor I talked to. I figured I would have enough time to get it resolved but I didn’t. Just a horrible experience and I even offered to pay for the correction and asked for some assistance and was met with resistance. The sad part is that you have a beautiful product just not so helpful customer service.
Missing Chocolates
The box of chocolates arrived with only 25 of the 50 chocolate bars and only one bag of the thank you wrapped ones. I opened the thank you ones. I counted the individual wrapped birthday bars and I only got half the order 25 instead of 50. I did not get a bag with 5500 pieces of MnMs. please send the 5000 missing mmm s
