I ordered the kisses and the miniature’s for a baby shower. There were no miniatures in my order. I attempted to email my concerns, because the baby shower was going to be the next day. I don’t know if it was a human on the other end of the email, or AI, but nothing got resolved. I called Monday, after the baby shower, and spoke to Ashley. She could not have been more condescending, and her tone was scarless and rude! I did receive a credit, however, one of my biggest concerns was paying close to $25 for shipping. I thought that was outrageous! Also, there were no cold packs and with the candy. Luckily, I was home when the box arrived, or it would’ve sat outside and melted. One of the reasons I ordered from you, was because it indicates Candy comes with cold packs. Then I’m told when I spoke to Ashley, this is not true unless it’s 85°! Well, it has been in the 80s in Louisiana! So needless to say, if I would not have been home, the candy would have been useless , because there were no cold packs. Even though I got my credit because there were no miniatures, again, to pay close to $25 for shipping is outrageous and Ashley assured me I would get a credit for some of that as well, however, I did not. When I called and again spoke to Ashley, again, she could not have been , more condescending! I have since sent comments to the Better Business Bureau concerning this order.
I ordered Hershey bar favors
I ordered Hershey bar favors, The website makes ordering easy and I was able to preview my order nicely. They came out perfectly and no issues with delivery! I also ordered chocolate covered oreos and they were delicious and had the personalized sticker as I had ordered! I have used Just candy in the past and will certainly use again! They are my go to for my candy orders!!!

It was frustrating when I received an email advising that the order was not completed. When I went into the order data it showed nothing pending. Wasn’t sure if the order would be shipped or not.
Shorted me by 120 candy pieces
Shorted me by 120 candy pieces which equates to over $100. I reported it 12 days ago and I’m still waiting for the reshipment to arrive. Hoping it arrives in time for my event.
