Picture quality on sign was horribe! Picture was from a professional photegraph!! So it wasn't the pictuer. Was very disappointed in my senior sign. Looked so cute online, but very disappointed in quality when arrived.

You process of mailing is poor … yes we got it with enough time but it took a while and especially since you are in Ohio and we are in Pennsylvania …. Outwardly the candy bars look whole and not broken BUT time will tell. You might consider packing the product in the similar box you shipped it in and further padding in a slightly larger box as a precaution. AND I PAID the shipping fee?!? Using the USPS is a chance taker. FedEx is the same. UPS has never let me down. Good job on the candy rappers.

I thought it was a bit overpriced
I thought it was a bit overpriced, but I did like your product, so I ordered it. What I ordered was 300 chocolate kisses. What I received was 267 kisses. That was a shortage of 33 kisses which equals $5.50 that I overpaid. I am not happy with this. Your quality control should have done a better job than this.

The candy was for my fathers80th birthday party. I paid for an extra 20 dollars for 2 day delivery. I received an email stating that the candy was shipped on 3/25/24–the party was 3/30/24, I RECEIVED THE CANDY ON 4/1/24. I have no use for this now and I want my money back.

The chocolate bars were a real Hit. Loved the ability to personalize them too. Nice touch to a big birthday.
Missing Candy from Order
Needing items for my sons wedding I placed my original order w/Oriental Trading. Prices were better and No Shipping Cost. Needed additional items so placed a second order w/Oriental Trading. Again, Prices were better & No Shipping cost. Only to find out the candy I purchased sourced out to a 3rd party, your company! I ordered the "82 Piece Beach Wedding Candy Party Favors Hershey's Miniatures Chocolates". When I received the candy not only was the "whole second bag" of candy missing, but when I counted the candy pieces in the bag I did receive which should have had "41" pieces there were only "39" in the bag!! I called Oriental Trading stating what had happened, they were very kind to help me out, unfortunately, the only thing they could do is either refund my money for the bag I was missing or if I wanted the missing candy they would need to contact your company! I needed the candy for gift bags I was filling! So I was informed I needed to send Oriental Trading an email with information: picture what I received, a description of the item, what was missing, where to send, etc. They did reach out to your company & your company finally replaced the missing part of my order!! However, not filling the bags to the number of pieces you advertise "41" that will be in the bag of candy is NOT OK!! Especially when your customer counts on a specific number of pieces to fill gift bags not to mention that is what your customer Paid for!! I would say you are ripping off your customer!! And for that I say "Shame On You" Last time I purchase anything from your company!! You need to have a better way of counting & accountability!!
