Didn't like that there is no phone number for customer service. After figuring how to navigate email only transactions, and talking to AI customer service things quickly improved. Refund was received in 30min back to my account.

This is the most effective customer complain I have seen in my long trajectory as a buyer/seller. It is fast, direct and resolves any conflict with vendors in a fast, clean way. No arguments, no need to provide proof (it's enough to have transaction number) and no discount whatsoever. I wish all merchants had this same system, so buyers could develop trust in all sales process.
