Maria, Thank you for your prompt response to my cancellation request. I must mention that the wording on the 12 bottle option is definitely misleading. I showed the wording for that option to two others and they agreed with my understanding. I suggest the wording be adjusted to note that it is an add-on, not in place of the 6 bottle option. I do look forward to receiving the 6 bottle package and hope to see the likely success as is offered. Robert

I appreciate the rapid response to my request to have this product returned. After discovering that we were involved in a product scam, we tried to quickly cancel the product to no avail, but the JVZoo support person (Ashley) helped me to get information to expedite (hopefully) the refund, which came despite the immediate cancellation.

I cancelled my order within 5 hrs of placing the order. I got a quick response acknowledging and fulfilling the cancellation. The money was credited to my cc acct within 24 hrs. All of this was good except I received a shipment today. If you want this returned, please arrange a pick up at my house.

JV Zoo is a great place to developers to showcase new products for a great price.
