What people say

If they had a 6 or more star rating I would give Kensington a 10. Every contact that we've had has been extremely professional and thorough. I've had the pleasure of working with Megan Harvey, Kyle Betit and Ryan August and each one of them is very talented and caring. They listen, are patient, helpful and we are always so throughly satisfied with the end result. It makes traveling and especially the planning part so enjoyable. They are like family. From the initial booking process, clarifying the details, airline reservations and ultimately the trip and the excursions is top notch.

Peru & Machu Picchu
Our trip to Peru was incredible because Kensington took care of us every step of the way! Our guides were knowledgeable and flexible, allowing us to adjust plans on the fly if we got too tired or needed a break, our driver got us everywhere on time and helped with our bags and we never had a hiccup with tickets, etc. it was such a beautiful and memorable experience. We are already looking to book with Kensington again.

We were looking for a personalized tour…
We were looking for a personalized tour of the Maginot Line in France. We couldn't find any tour company who would do a 3 day tour (all the others had minimum 5 day tours) but Kensington was very willing to customize to our wishes. Our tour expert Nicole was FABULOUS, friendly, funny, helped us design the perfect tour, and checked in with us constantly.

My Dream Trip to Kenya & Tanzania
There was not 1 detail not covered during my safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania. Everyone was in their place at the right times so I was never left on my own to fend for myself. I will always mention Kensington Tours to anyone that is interested in taking a tour. I was kept informed of any changes in airline flights. Any question I had was answered quickly by my tour consultant and my travel consultant. I rate Kensington Tours AAA!

Sorrento and beyond!
Wanted to expose our granddaughter to parts of Europe. We had used Kensington before on a wonderful trip to Costa Rica. They curated an excellent itinerary for Rome and Sorrento. The hotels were very well located and we walked everywhere. The guides were prompt, courteous and very attentive. The private tours they suggested were not rushed and it was a blessing to walk passed the long, hot lines to our private entrances of places like the Vatican Museum. The vehicles were spacious and air-conditioned. The guides were very knowledgeable and really enhanced our knowledge of Pompeii and Herculaneum. This was a first class experience that our granddaughter will never forget. We will use them again.
