All hotels were super convenient and walkable locations to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing!! Very classy, boutique hotels. The guides were so knowledgeable and friendly, helping us find our way, translating, and teaching us about Greece. From picking us up upon arrival, to making sure we got to the airport on time for departure, everything was thought of! Make sure to ask about ROOM locations in hotels. Street side noise can last into the night because everyone is vacationing! Thank you Kensington for another great trip!
Thank you, Irene, for sharing your feedback with us. We’re delighted to hear that your Greek journey was filled with memorable experiences, from the thoughtfully selected hotels and knowledgeable local guides to the seamless support throughout your travels. My husband and I just returned from a trip to Switzerland, and it was fantastic in every way. Perfectly planned by our contact in the U.S., Jessica, and her colleague in Switzerland, Caroline. Everything ran perfectly on time and very smoothly, the hotels were magnificent, and the VIEW from the specific hotel rooms we were placed in was also magnificent. I had many questions for Jessica leading up to the trip, and she was VERY patient and VERY prompt in providing answers all throughout the planning process. I feel very, very fortunate to have worked with her specifically, and to have worked with Kensington overall. Our guides and driver were wonderful as well. THANK YOU, KENSINGTON! We will look back on this experience with the best of memories forever.

We recently traveled to England and Scotland on a rather last minute plan! Having used Kensington in the past, we reached out to see what was possible for a private trip. Alexa helped us fill in many holes in our preliminary itinerary. We had a couple of family obligations while traveling so had some accommodations already booked but not much else. Alexa in less than 3 weeks put together an amazing trip with NOT one glitch. We had plenty of down time; yet explored some gems throughout the countryside of both countries along with amazing guides. Alexa managed six different trains, hotels, private transfers, and fun activities like a mixology class in Liverpool. We met with family for our final week in England at the end of two weeks of traveling around, relaxed and happy. Thank you!
Hello Cheryl, Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re delighted that Alexa created such an incredible journey through England and Scotland on short notice. It’s fantastic to hear that every detail was seamless, from the trains and transfers to the exceptional guides and unique activities. We hope to plan another memorable adventure for you soon! Thank you, The Team at Kensington Tours
The whole process was seamless with Katie planning the trip. She truly listened to what we wanted and didn't want and made it all happen. Our local guide Paul was incredible. We got to see so many incredible animals with him and gorgeous scenery without huge groups of people around. He took us on some incredible hikes that we won't forget!
Hello Catherine, Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re delighted that Katie thoughtfully planned your family trip and that Paul made your time in Grand Teton and Yellowstone so memorable. Seeing incredible wildlife, enjoying breathtaking scenery, and hiking away from the crowds sounds like a true trip of a lifetime! Thank you, The Team at Kensington Tours
First and foremost Kensington hires knowledgeable and enthusiastic people who keep in close enough touch to prevent development of problems and also to quickly solve the rare problem that does arise. Kensington guides anticipate ways to make a trip easier. Sophia Abouras is an excellent example of such a person. She was easy to engage with, very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. She oversaw til the end to be sure a plan went smoothly! Not only did she help create an unforgettable experience in a foreign land but she was available during the trip for a question at any hour. She quickly understood this trip was a 3 generation family trip and gently guided us toward activities and sights that would appeal to each family member. Sophia gave us an unforgettable memory. I recommend her and Kensington tours to any future travelers who wish a special small group trip. In addition Sophia and Kensington Travel were an immediate help in straightening out a mistaken charge to my credit card....thus saving me untold hours and frustration. Choose Sophia Abouras and choose Kensington Travel.
Hello Dearing, Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted that Sophia’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and attentive support helped create an unforgettable experience for your family. Terrible do yourself and use another Agency Strike 1 - no one came to pick my wife and 2 grandkids at airport. When they called no response. So my wife had to take a cab and lug 4 suitcases. Strike 2 - the next day they were scheduled for a Bear Experience, again no one came, when she called to inquire they told her it was gor the next day. (Apparently the travel agent screwed up the reservation contrary to our printed and agreed upon contract . She had every thing scheduled a day late. Strike 3 So the entire trip was screwed up bob sled with dogs, train ride, bears etc They will be hearing from my attorney! This was a trip of a lifetime for my grandkids and wife, not to mention very expensive. Do not use them, when I tried contacting phone kept ringing no oneto answer. Terrible, they should not be allowed to treat people this way especially since we had a contract with them, and they were supposed to honor it Rate Kenningston a ZERO

We worked with Drina Petrina in planning our 15-day trip to Norway. It was an incredible trip. We were on trains, planes, a cruise ship, ferry and RIB as we traveled throughout Norway. Kensington’s execution was flawless. Moving every couple of days was made effortless by their transfers, tour guides, etc. Drina was wonderful to work with. We have recommended Kensington to many of our friends.

My partner and I recently tried out Kensington for the first time. We’re two seasoned travelers who have always fully planned our trips. We were unsure if we’d like someone to plan everything for us but we loved it. We visited South Africa for the first time and it was nice having our destination expert, Louise, plan and recommend the best experiences tailored to our interests. We would definitely recommend them and use them again for a big international trip.

Our day trip exploring the lakes in Banff was great! Our tour guy was awesome, the ride was comfortable, and breakfast and lick though simple were very tasty. It was so nice not to have to plan and coordinate the day myself.
