Kensington put together a private luxury experience for us.
We stayed in perfect hotels, charming old town local inns with great guides and tours and effortless comfortable transfers.
We received an awesome upgrade in Tallinn, our favorite of the three Baltic capitals. All three were special and unique however, and we had good hotel experiences across the board. Would recommend Kensington highly

Norwegian Trip of a Lifetime
We had a lot of moving pieces on this trip as we made our way from Oslo to Bergen, Norway. And Kensington and Drina, our travel agent, made sure everything went smoothly. All the details were taken care of. Drina was kind and responsive and a pleasure to work with. She even helped our son secretly plan his proposal to his girlfriend in the Norwegian fjords! It was perfect and beautiful and she was surprised. It was the highlight of our trip! I would highly recommend Kensington and Drina!

Customer Service Beyond expectations
I have used Kensington travel on a number of trips and have always had great service. My experience with my upcoming trip to Bali, has redefined customer service. Unfortunately my travel partner died unexpectedly with less than 8 weeks to our departure, and it was the only time we did not purchase ANY insurance. Garland Chang, our travel expert has worked tirelessly, to allow me to bring a family member on this trip with me. Frank Strilkovskyi, from the travel department put in so much effort to find an affordable airline ticket so my sister could join me. Numerous phone calls and email’s between the 3 of, plus all the work they did in the background cannot be overstated. While the trip will be different than what was originally planned, these two gentlemen have gone above and beyond to ensure a wonderful journey. I am forever grateful

We hope your journey to Bali brings meaningful moments and cherished memories.

Our rep was Jon
Our rep was Jon, who put together an 11 day trip in about 4 hours to cover a cruise that was canceled at the last minute (literally the day before we left for Europe).. Good job, all went well

Kensington Tours continues to set the standard for excellence. As a travel consultant, I rely on trusted partners to deliver exceptional experiences for my clients, and Kensington has consistently proven to be one of the very best.
I recently faced a challenging situation involving a yacht charter, and the support I received was nothing short of outstanding. Cem, the destination expert I worked with, went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Alongside Edita and Adrijana from the management team, they worked diligently every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome.
What impressed me most was their genuine commitment to both my clients and my agency. They were proactive, responsive, and always focused on finding a solution while keeping our best interests in mind.
I would also like to recognize Steve, the Director of Sales for my region, who has been an incredible partner to me and my agency over the years. His ongoing support and commitment have been invaluable.
Working with Kensington Tours gives me complete confidence when recommending travel experiences to my clients. Their exceptional service, strong partnerships, and unwavering dedication are why they will always be my preferred tour operator.

From start to finish Kensington planned the exact vacation our family/friend group of 10 people (age 77 to 17) envisioned as our perfect vacation. We gave Emily at Kensington our expectations and price range and she delivered! Lasting memories and experiences that would not have occurred without her diligence and knowledge. Emily ensured that the trip went smoothly for planning and during the trip still giving us recommendations as needed. Kensington proved that the company and their friendly and knowledgeable staff is worth booking future travel experiences with for family/friends. All ten members of our group will recommend Kensington to anyone we meet looking for reputable travel company. Kensington and Emily - thank you for an unforgettable vacation and loads of memories!!

Amazing Experiences in Japan and South Korea
I worked with Laurence to create an itinerary for clients trip to Japan & South Korea. I especially appreciated her ability to work within my client's budget. This made a tremendous difference.
My clients truly felt like VIPs throughout the experience, which is something I value deeply, and they’ve come home with memories they’ll carry for a long time.
I also appreciated her quick responses and willingness to join a call with my clients. It helped build trust and clarity, and the team supporting Laurence was excellent as well.
Thank you again for your partnership. I look forward to working together on future projects.
