Repeat Customer Here

I have used Kensington Tours twice - a trip to Australia and a trip to Greece. Both experiences were fantastic and I am in the process of booking a third trip with Kensington.

Our guides were amazing

Our guides were amazing! They were not only very well informed about the area, the animals, the cultures, they were also amazing at predicting our needs before we even were aware of what we needed!

Perfectly Planned, Once‑in‑a‑Lifetime Africa trip

The trip to Kenya was exceptionally well planned, and every detail we requested was thoughtfully included in the itinerary. Our time in Nairobi, Amboseli, and the Maasai Mara struck the perfect balance — full enough to experience the best of each destination, yet never rushed. The hotels were excellent, offering comfort and hospitality that made each stay memorable. Our guides were knowledgeable and engaging, with George in the Maasai Mara standing out for truly elevating the experience. Seeing Mount Kilimanjaro in all its majesty and witnessing unforgettable wildlife moments — including a lioness in full chase — felt like scenes straight out of a nature documentary. Overall, this was a once‑in‑a‑lifetime journey, beautifully curated and deeply enriching.

An Unforgettable Greece Vacation

We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Simran! From the very beginning, she was so easy to work with and made the entire planning process completely stress-free. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and created an itinerary that exceeded every expectation. Every hotel, excursion, transfer, and experience she booked was truly amazing. Throughout our trip, Simran even checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, which made us feel so well taken care of. We were also incredibly impressed with everyone we encountered through Kensington. Every transfer driver, tour guide, and staff member was professional, kind, and punctual. The hotels were outstanding, the food was unforgettable, and the people of Greece were some of the warmest and most welcoming we've ever met. If you're considering a trip to Greece, we cannot recommend it enough. And if you want a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable experience, we highly recommend booking with Simran. She made what was already a dream destination into the trip of a lifetime!

A Great Trip to Beautiful Iceland

Marie did a great job in working with us to plan the details of our tours. We were happy to be at the Alda Hotel which was only a block and a half from the bus stop. Every tour guide was friendly, informative, funny and respective of our quiet time. The Alda Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed SO many delicious meals in Reykjavik!

Our trip was fantastic

Our trip was fantastic! Great hotels, great tours, great communications!!

The travel consultant was an expert in Morocco

The travel consultant was an expert in their country and knew limited flight schedules from certain cities which affected my itinerary, which I would not have known. She also listened to my requests and built an itinerary that met my needs/wants, and was able to tailor it accordingly. The guide, Zouzou, and my driver, Yessin, were smart, funny, organized, professional and an amazing team I'd want for any future travel.

Excellent experience

Two weeks in Norway

Mirka helped us plan a two week trip to Norway, overland and cruising. Your agents are knowledgeable and professional. Communication was always prompt and thorough. It was so much easier to be guided through our decisions, rather than having to sort through all the infinite possibilities on our own. We also appreciated that the tickets and transfers were included for us. We had two small travel hitches (misplaced luggage, and a hotel strike that affected food service) that were both dealt with promptly and fairly, using your 24-7 emergency call service. Thank you for all your efforts and keep up the good work! We would definitely recommend your services to others.

The entire experience was very smooth…

Our vacation to Italy was amazing

Our vacation to Italy was amazing. Using Kensington made our trip so smooth and reduced the stress of crowds and unfamiliar surroundings. As I watched other tourists struggling, I told my wife “We will never travel without using Kensington again”. Having everything lined up including transportation and tours made things so easy and enjoyable.

Excellent Private Guides in Beijing and Hong King

I have excellent private guides and drivers in China in Hong Kong. My guides in Beijing and Hong Kong were especially flexible in changing the schedule to accommodate my desires to see things that weren't on the original itinerary and the changing weather.

The itinerary perfectly fit our desires…

The itinerary perfectly fit our desires and expectations about an Egyptian vacation. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable , and personable. My aims to take hundreds of memorable photographs were realized in Cairo and Luxor.

Kensington makes your dream vacations come true!

This was our second trip with Kensington and once again, our entire experience exceeded our expectations on all levels. Our agent, Mackenzie Brown, was fantastic from the beginning process of planning, through making changes to the activities and itinerary, and checking in along the way to make sure we were prepared, and communicating while we were on our trip, to getting feedback once we got back. All of our excursions were with excellent companies, and our guides were the absolute best. Our drivers were engaging and personable for the airport transfers and activities. I cannot rave enough about the hotels/resorts we stayed. We also used the 24/7 Kensington help number during our trip and the assistance was fantastic as were our local Kensington reps, who reminded us about pick up times for activities and provided additional helpful details, including the names of our guides and drivers. We already have our 3rd trip planned through Kensington and are pre-planning a 4th. We look forward to working with them again soon!
