Most people were helpful but the underwriting team took forever to complete their approval. I nearly lost the deal because they were so slow. It made the process very stressful. I can't recommend them due to that big headache.
Our loan officer, Bobbi, was exceptional. He thoroughly explained the loan application process and walked us through it. He was readily accessible and available every step of the way and anytime we had concerns and questions. He made the process seamless and stress free. By far the best property purchasing experience we have had. We are looking forward to working again with Bobbi on our next purchase.
