I cannot in good conscience recommend Kiavi as a lender to anyone. My experience with them was very disappointing. I regret that I selected them as my lender. I am astounded that their Trust Pilot score is as high as it is.
Kiavi and their team were great to work with and made borrowing a super easy process. Their web portal walked me through every step and process all the way to closing. They made my goal of buying an investment property possible! I highly recommend.

Clay from Kiavi was amazing. Our initial lender changed the terms on us 1 week to closing and we were left scrambling. Kiavi came through with what they said they would fund without any hiccups. The process was seamless and straight forward. Their platform is user friendly and I’d happily use them again.

Seemed pretty good but the fee just to receive a draw is what has me done with this company. It's an app, nobody came out, charging $200!

Working with Kiavi has been one of the best lending experiences I’ve had from start to finish. Dylan Miceli is hands down one of the best loan officers I’ve ever worked with. When I say amazing, that’s truly an understatement — he was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth. Andrew Sacksteder was also outstanding. He clearly explained every underwriting requirement, stayed available throughout the process, and helped move everything forward efficiently to get us to closing without delays. We were able to close within a month, which speaks to the professionalism and organization of the entire team. Because of this experience, I’m already preparing for my next project with Kiavi. Kiavi provided a smooth process, their staff were extremely helpful, answering all questions and our customer experience manager was always available. The ONLY draw back was the title company they made our closing process difficult to navigate, with the exception of Attorney Johnathan. Thank you CLAY JOHNSON! You ROCK!

Loan Officers are very transactional. Don't care about building relationships and sound very annoyed every time you speak with them.

I’ve used Nilabjo multiple times. He’s absolutely the best. Truly kind human being. Goes above and beyond. Had a file that I was working on for 6 months due to seller. Nonetheless, Nilabjo was patient with me and worked with me all the way through. We just closed on that. It was supposed to be a 2 week close but we closed in one week. Nilabjo is the best!
