An Exceptional Experience with Nathan Parente and Kiavi
While I am no stranger to investing in real estate, I had never used a hard money lender before. In fact, I was a bit intimidated by the whole idea! A trusted friend told me about Kiavi and how easy they made it to fund real estate deals. Kiavi’s live weekly “About Us” Zoom meetings were especially helpful because they gave me the opportunity to ask questions and address concerns before taking the plunge. That’s where I was first introduced to Nathan Parente. From the very beginning, Nate made the process incredibly easy. It was free to open an account and test the waters, which gave me the opportunity to learn without feeling pressured. I was genuinely impressed by the personal attention Nate gave to our small project. He made me feel as though I were his only client. Nate provided a complete hand-holding style experience throughout the process, patiently answering questions, explaining each step, and giving me the confidence to move forward. Because of his guidance, I now feel much more comfortable making offers on properties knowing that I have a reliable financing resource behind me and that a successful outcome is within reach. If you are a real estate investor who has been hesitant to explore hard money lending, I highly recommend reaching out to Nathan Parente. His knowledge, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to helping his clients made all the difference for me. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As an appraiser
As an appraiser, I will never work for them again. Both times were revision after revision on nit picking stuff - a Dollar General a mile down th eroad, etc. Both appraisals took over a month. Never agin!
Insanely smooth experience and super…
Insanely smooth experience and super easy to work with. Best hard money lender experience out of many that I have worked with in the past! I have closed deals with them in as quick as 1 week with same day draws - unheard of in this industry! But not only are they quick but they are also very thorough in their legal due diligence which is very important balance. 100% financing also can’t be beat with their low rates. 10/10 experience and if ur not using them, ur missing out!

Maria is the absolute best! 2 times in a row we had to put deals together for super fast closings! She made it happen so that both deals closed right on time! Amazing experience and I highly recommend!

Alex Caddo was over my Bridge and Flip loan and was absolutely wonderful to work with! The team behind her was equally communicative and pleasant to work with. I will absolutely be working with them again on all future Bridge and Flip projects. Also, Alex was by the phone and always ready to help as we negotiated and weighed other properties before going with this one. This app caught my eye. I was so excited and thinking that I had a chance at funding. I was very disappointed to know that I was not approved. I think items a wonderful app still just wish I knew more why I wasn't approved. Thanks for all the people you all help!!!

Kiavi responsive and efficient.
I usually don’t do reviews, but I’ll do a review for this one. So far I’ve been using loans with Kiavi for multiple properties. The system is intuitive easier to follow and the team is responsive. Big shout out for my recent cashback refi loan that I recently did, shout out to Haley Deffenbaugh & Kellie Rossi. they made my cashback refi, quick fast and easy. They were very responsive in the updated me throughout the process. I was on a time crunch and they made it happen. Good job Kiavi Team.

Time was ‘not’ of the essence
Started off a refinance well, with good engagement and taking time to discuss the various options and tradeoffs. Unfortunately there were long delays through the appraisal process that cost us a lot of money and Kiavi took zero responsibility for its 3rd party contractors performance. The well known real estate concept ‘time is of the essence’ was not followed and hurt our business.
