My tutor was great, however my paper wasn't reviewed in the time I paid. As a result I wasn't able to use any of her corrections since the deadline passed. I did receive a refund which Kibin was very prompt about. They explained the reason why and I understand, due to high volume of essays submitted overnight. Perhaps there should be a cap on how many essays can be submitted at a given time, so no one will have the disappointing experience I had. But Kibin handled the situation perfectly!!

Review was not as helpful as expected compared to previous. I have submitted a technical document and is understandable that it might be hard to help. I have long sentences that needed help to break down but did not get that. Reviewer have gave it the best effort so 5 stars. Thanks.
