Have been kinda on the fence about trying out some of Kidorimans' pants as I wanted some light trousers for the summer. Order went in, and got shipped quickly. However, I had some issues with the tracking-number not working. I contacted their customer-support, who replied with a solution within the hour. All in all a great shopping experience, and the pants are amazing. Good quality and comfort at a reasonable price!

My shirts arrived and were too small. I paid $20 to ship them back and they said they never received them. I gave them the tracking number showing it was delivered and they never got back to me. That was over a week ago. Now I have to do a charge back and lose $20.
The delivery was timely, the product is as advertised and some of the packaging is reusable rather than becoming more garbage. I will order more! Thank you.

Never received my package. FedEx told me they needed to hear from the company in order to do anything about this. I wrote to Kidoriman, was assured they were on it, and nothing has happened for a week, despite four more emails. (And there's no phone number through which you can reach them.) I've had to start a dispute through my credit card company. Horrible service. I would not recommend doing business with them.
I bought one item , just to see if everything worked well , and fit etc. And ,…Everything was great , So I put in my second order , and plan a third for after that. I am totally happy with everything from Kidoriman , and recommend them without reservation. Enjoy !

i ordered 2 XL shirts. one a t-shirt that fit well. the button down shirt (Yumemi 7/8) was tight under the arms. i asked if i could exchange the shirt. i was told yes, but i would have to cover the shipping cost of the return. no "we're so sorry to hear this", NO "how can we make this right?" I'm paying $49 dollars for a t-shirt! i thought i was dealing with a Japanese company but not the case.
