Beautiful garments but I ordered some shoes then immediately received a discount after purchasing for the very same shoes with 30% off. Really disappointed as they were very expensive and the discount was substantial but I couldn't afford to rebuy them and return one pair.

Takes a long time for the shoes to arrive from China. When they don’t fit you have to return them to a warehouse in the USA and that will cost you about 40€ from Belgium. So not satisfied at all.
I’m absolutely in love with your product. My shoes are so pimp. The look speaks for itself. It’s why I bought them. But they arrived exactly as advertised. The big unknown was how legit would the craftsmanship be. The stitching and comfort is so money. You have a fan for life. I’ll be buying more and look forward to new designs

My Van Gogh-inspired sneakers were very muted/washed out in colour and not at all what the photographs promised. I started the so-called "hassle-free" returns process on 5th May, but 3 emails to them later, I still have not received any response or information about to which of the 3 addresses I am required to return my order. Returns are supposed to be sent within 14 days of receipt, but how can that happen when the customers do not get the information they require? I would not recommend this organisation.
