Caveat Emptor

Do not order unless you are absolutely, completely, 100% beyond-a-doubt positive you know what you are getting beforehand. I ordered a handbag which was fine, even if the construction wasn’t the best. The colors, however, were not as depicted in the online photos so I decided to send it back. I had to pay almost the cost of the merchandise itself to pay for return shipping to China, but I didn’t know what else to do with it and just wanted it gone. Then, about 9 months later, the package shows back up in my mailbox, apparently unable to be delivered. I wrote the address down just as it was sent to me and even showed it to the postal clerk to be sure it was right. The item originally shipped from the U.S., so I don’t know why I couldn’t just send it back to that address. Please, for your peace of mind, read their (absolutely terrible) return policy and be ready to end up with an item that doesn’t meet expectations.

I love this place! they have very nice things and way to different from other stores! Sure there is a delay to receive your order but it is worth it!

As expected, with a side of kind customer service

I had an issue (caused by me) and the customer service was on top of it and helped me with kindness. The product was exactly what I expected based on the reviews: cheap, slightly bent out of shape (but easy to bend back), and I love it!

I had to wait about two months

I had to wait about two months to receive my order, almost without any contact. The shoes are okay, and kind of cheap-looking, like expected.

They sold me an item they didn't…

They sold me an item they didn't actually have in stock, shipped the partial order, denied not sending the other item for three months, and only finally gave me a refund after I proved they didn't even have the item to ship when I ordered it. Then a customer service agent name Veir insulted me for my trouble by calling ME unprofessional? I don't get a check from Galartsy... I was stolen from by them, and it took me months to get my money back and the Veir tried to make ME feel guilty? Bananas. Do not purchase. The products are fine, no complaints. The customer service though is the WORST.

Their customer service really lags with responding. Id rather have my bank dispute it and get my money back than deal with an unnecessarily drawn out attempt to work with them.

At first I was sad no sneakers no info. But they have so much orders that it is hard work. When I saw my sneakers the happiest man Alive Van Gogh start night are absolute amazing!! And only regonised by true art lovers. Much detail and care

Their customer service is appalling

Their customer service is appalling. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to hear back about an exchange as the shoes didn’t fit properly. The shoes are nice, I can’t comment on the quality as for obvious reasons I haven’t worn them. But my god it’s impossible to get a response. I’m also convinced the number on their website in the US isn’t actually set up to receive calls as I’ve tried several times and get the same AI voicemail response.

The shirt received was a bit different…

The shirt received was a bit different from whaty I saw on the website, it looked darker on the image-printed part, not as white as the white color in the rest of the shirt. However, they do have an excellence customer service with swiftly reply and follow-up even though I requested for a full refund, I do not need to return the shirt to its warehouse in Mainland China and can simply pass the shirt for my friend who loves it!

i got a good deal foor shoes with matching accessories. the delivery wasn't the quickest but it wasn't too slow either. the products are great and fit really well. the website was very easy to use and they provide constant updates on your order.

The size of the shoes is not correct, it absolutely doesn't fit the size advertised, wrote multiple emails for refund but nobody never answered, absolutely not recommended!

Cool and genuine brand

Cool and genuine brand. Shoes matched how they looked in the website exactly. And when there was a delay in receiving one item i was sent another one (an extra one) by mistake and when i wanted to return it they told me to keep it. High ethics. thumbs up!
