I was rushing while ordering and ordered the wrong size, the customer service team was incredibly helpful with changing the size of the shoes I had ordered, got back to me quickly and reassured me that my order will arrive as I've requested and in a timely fashion.
Products arrived defected and there is no guidance for returns. They dont reply any emails or calls for the contact or any further information. Also the quality of the products are really low. Total waste of money.. Not recommended.

I'm so happy with my Galartsy purchases! The sneakers are as pretty as in the pics and surprisingly comfortable. The size is well indicated; love love them! Tshirt runs a bit small, but super cute; i'm usually an M, i'd go with an L next time. Jessica, from customer service has been quite helpful, i mistakenly duplicated my order, and she helped me with making sure the second pair of shoes did not ship and would get reimbursed promptly. Don't be too much in a hurry for the delivery, they take some time, but they arrive and they're great!! Yep, i'm a fan! Waiting for my next order to arrive!

I was sent the wrong dress (short sleeved version as opposed to the long sleeved version I ordered). The company quickly amended and sent me the right one by post free of charge. It was hassle free - I did not have to send the first dress back. I really appreciated how fast and easy it was to correct this mistake.
I was hesitant. Kept having minor thoughts. It didn’t help that I accidentally input an incorrect discount code. But the team was dynamite. They couldn’t change the order. But when I asked to cancel the order. They did. A little bit later I decided to get the shoes and I’m glad I did. They are beautiful. Great quality and shipped super fast! The team was more than accommodating and always quick to respond.
This is just a scammer company Short - - bad Quality on products, not washable. - horrible customer service. Lost my order , almost refunded me for the wrong item. - don't bother to return they won't approve it because they won't pick it up. 6 months I waited for them to pick up and they never did. - legit do not care about their customers at all, - only cares when I contact the credit card company. The story First, the quality of the 2 items I bought were awful, t shirt made of plastic not washable and not wearable. The second item a van Gogh jumper was way to big and did not have the correct measurements according to website. However when I pointed out the flaws I only got approved return for one item. And they were supposed to be delivered back on my cost. After a lot of arguing they tried to give me another item instead of actually paying me back. I told them no and they gave me a return adress I sent it and never got an answer. Then it was just silence. Nothing after week they told me if you don't send return Id we will not pay you the refund even if they receive the return. After spamming them they told me a refund was placed... For a jacket... That wasn't even in the order. After that it was : we need to approve the return after we get it .sure but they never ever picked it up and didn't contact me or anything. Figuring out I was never going to get my money back from them I asked my credit card company to put the payment on hold. They didn't like that. Then I asked them if they received the return and they never replied. This was May and the return was sent in March.... Today I november I got the items back and our currier explained that they never even tried to pick it up That s how little they care about their items. now I'm still out 250 sek because I paid for the return and they don't even bother to pick it up.
It was the most amazing gift I have ever received. As a huge Vincent Van Gogh fan this made me wipe like a child. The comfort, the art work and sustainability of the shoe is amazing. But you need to be carful when you wash and brush it. I also have the cardigan which is very warm for the cold weather. It’s so beautiful.
