Thank you for your review, it's an honor for you to be satisfied!
Products not as advertised
You buy one thing but get another of much lesser quality which barely even looks like the image. Wish level stuff, disgusting.

5/5 stars absolutely fantastic!
5/5 stars absolutely fantastic! I noticed I purchased the wrong size on a dress and reached out through their Facebook messenger service and it was fixed almost immediately they were very kind and amazing!
Fantastic products, returns easy process.
I ordered three items; one was a corset/vest, which turned out to be impossible for my short-waisted self to wear, however, the other two items were comfortable and made me feel amazing. As to the corset I couldn't wear, they were polite and professional in the return process, and it was pretty painless. All in all a pleasant experience. It's nice to know that if an item doesn't work out, it isn't too hard to return it.

Great experience over all
Honestly the clothes are a lot better quality then I thought they would be, they are extremely cute. The customer is a 10/10, when something went wrong I could easily connect with a real person not just a machine and they helped fix the problem right away. I wasn’t waiting for weeks for them to fix it. It was a great experience over all

I had never heard of Kistania. I was looking for nylons & they came up. I was reluctant because I didn't know them. I had an issue w my mailing address they fixed it. I didn't get tracking info & they sent it. I received my nylons & I am so satisfied. The quality is perfect and I am so happy. Definitely recommend Kistania.

Thanks for your feedback! Glad you had a great shopping experience! Hope you happy everyday.
It could be better
The quality of the shirt and the pants are pretty good, but the delivery took way too long; 2 months. The shirt was shorter than I thought, especially because it said ‘oversized’.
