Kistania is one of the most well-made, affordable clothing brands I have ever come across. It is definitely my go-to when shopping for alternative clothing and the quality of each item is made to perfection! I ordered a necklace from this company, and was shown the necklace would be 50% off. When I got to checkout it was the same cost, minus the 5% coupon I used. I reached out to customer service and was told that the necklace was not 50% off, it was clearly stated in the “50% off” section due to the holidays. The “50% off” section is why I even gave this site a second look. I was disappointed with customer service sending me one liner emails, stating that I was wrong. I was advised of one price before check out, and then advised of the “real” price at checkout. I sent screen shots of the price difference, but was still told that I was wrong. I bought the darn necklace because my daughter has been begging for one, but I will never buy from this company again. The customer service just sucks.

Kistania has very cool products. Only issue I had was with my shipping address being entered in correctly and there being issue with getting the package rerouted. Got it eventually though and I love the shoes.

Package never arrived. Got an email from customer service saying it was delivered. Even tho on the tracking they provided it shows not delivered. I have gotten no help and no replacement package. Unprofessional service. Would not recommend

I ordered something 2 months ago and the package was determined to be lost by the courrior company, even after getting proof from the courrior myself (isn't that was customer service is supposed to do?) To show them the package has been lost and needs to be replaced or refunded. They resent the package, minus 1 item that was no longer in stock. She said she would refund me for it, but refunded me some random amount instead of what I paid for for that item I did not receive. Customer service is a joke, we sent over 15 emails back and forth trying to straighten this out and she says things like "well, we can't conform the package is lost (even tho I personally gave them proof it was lost), but since it's your first time to our site we will replace the package :)" as if I personally am the reason the package is lost and that them replacing it is something nice to do and not just fair business. The clothes I did receive were pretty low quality so I'm entirely dissatisfied with my entire experience with them and would never recommend them to anyone. In fact I would tell people to avoid this company all together, save time, money, and stress of dealing with people who don't know how to run a business. I've gotten better quality clothes of Shien for a quarter of the price. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND AGAINST SHOPPING WITH KISTANIA!!!!!!!
