I ordered August 31st and didn't receive my items until September 29th. I didn't realise I was ordering from China as the website didn't state this anywhere. The quality of the clothes is poor for the price it is being sold at. The quality is akin to buying from Shein, you'd be better ordering off Shein honestly. And the sizes are way off because it's chinese sizing and not british so everything is too small. They also sent a necklace I did not order and is completely different to the one I did pick. The customer service comes across as condescending. I can't be bothered sending everything back because the shipping rules are complicated. Overall terrible experience will not be back.

I love this store! I had a little mechanical glitch but they took care of it right away they were very attentive. They've been in contact with me every step of the way, you don't get customer service like that anymore. Plus they have killer clothes. Great sizes! I've got stuff for myself my daughter and my friend!

I sent email requests for refunds, but I thought I'd publicly post a warning. The clothes that I got were terrible quality. The fit of the dress that I ordered was nothing like it was advertised, it felt filthy to the touch, and smelled almost sour. The pants that I ordered were said to be velvet and come with chains. No chains were included and the material was rough and thin. I'm not sure which item caused this, but some of the black dye from the clothes stained my nails after only a few minutes. The pricing of Kistania's clothing gave me high expectations, but the quality is akin to shein. I can't help but feel scammed.

I wanted to order from them but I can't trust them based on sizing errors on their website....I'm a size 4 shoe (UK) which is 37 eu. They state that 37eu is a size 7us but I know for a fact that I'm a size 6us as I've ordered in this size before.

I really love Kirstina. The clothes come in good quality so I know they will last a long time. I believe they do come in a reasonable time depending on how big your order is. Only "bad" criticism I will give is that the clothes will come wrinkled(at least for me it did)

I received everything I ordered, but I noticed that everything isn't like the pictures of the products looked like. I bought two printed tshirt, one of them is almost colorless and the other who's supposed to be white and black, is actually in shades of gray plus we can see the printing lines. The fabric feels like sportswear, which wasn't to feel like that. Plus there's no etiquette teeling us which kind of fabric it is nor where it's from or how to wash it. I would've expected better for the price it cost

Not happy with the returns policy. I emailed explaining that my daughter has special needs and doesn’t like the texture and feel of a lot of clothes so I order and then have to return. Because of the distance and the fact I was away I missed the 7 day return window. They had the cheek to send a standard response saying they could accept returns, no offer of exchange and then added on the bottom of the email - have a nice day! Then email me to tell me to do a nice review! Don’t buy from this company, I spent a lot and am now stuck with goods that I can’t return and won’t be worn.
