I donot think a 1 star is what they deserve. I never received the order. Then i was told to order a replacement, which i did and never received that… i now am asking for a refund.. do not buy from this company
Horrible Scam Company from China
I saw a cute dress advertised on Facebook and decided to purchase it along with a few other things in order to get free shipping. I should have read the reviews first. It took a month for the package to arrive. When I opened the package, the dress was a horrible material and poorly made. One item was nothing like what I had ordered. I got in touch with them and they said I would need to ship it back to China which is very expensive, they would also give me a 10% off for my next purchase. Uh, I'm never ordering from there again. When I replied back that it was their fault and I wanted money back, they never responded again. I started commenting on the Facebook advertisements and they contacted me through Messenger. They asked for pictures of the shipping label and each item with the bar code, I did that. They said they could refund me 20% of the cost, and I said it needed to be more and they offered 30%... fine. 3 weeks later and I still haven't gotten a refund. I contacted them again and they said because I had opened a dispute with PayPal, they couldn't refund me the money until I closed it. Funny thing, I didn't use PayPal to pay for the items. The next message I sent was saying to just give me the money they said they would give me. Now, there are asking for pics of the items and barcodes again. This is a complete Scam and fraud. The clothes are horrible, the customer service is terrible, and they are completely dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be disappointed, I promise you.

I did not get the dress I ordered and can not Geri my email to go through to get a refund. Description says sparkling hot pink sequin dress. There is not one sequin on the entire dress. I guess I may need to get my credit card involved to help with refund.

AVOID this company, the clothing is cheap & nasty. Their contact emails keep bouncing back, can’t get in touch with anyone for a refund.
Quality of items is not even close to…
Quality of items is not even close to what they describe claimed dress was cotton and is not even cotton blend. Sizes are not even close to correct. Took weeks to arrive and have to be shipped back to china for return. DO NOT make this mistake.

Wish I had been smart enough to have read reviews first. The absolute worst place I have ever placed an order with. Placed order 2 months ago and still waiting on 2 pieces. Emailed them and they made up some BS about just getting some items in and will be shipping soon. Still waiting!!!! NEVER EVER order from here!!!!

This is the worst source for clothing I have ever seen. Nothing looks as pictured and they lie about the fabric. The screen printing was off too. They say nothing about returning to China on the refunds and return link but that is what you have to do to get a refund. Scam company! Do not buy from them.

Don't ever order from this company! The quality of these items is TERRIBLE! One of mine arrived damp in the plastic package and full of mold. It turns out that to return items you have to pay VERY expensive shipping back to China! And, one never knows if you will get refunded. A big, $240 mistake on my part for ordering from them!!!!! In addition, the delivery was extremely slow-weeks in fact. Also, the items are not what is shown in the picture either in design or material.
What You See Is NOT what you get
Purchased a top from Kitegal that stated material was denim. The top I received was a terrible synthetic material that looked nothing like the top they showed online. I contacted the company and after a series of five emails, each one offering 20%%, 30% off to keep or ship it back. To ship back to China would cost almost double the price of the item. I have disputed charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware because what they show online and what you receive may be fraudulent and deceptive

The dress ordered from Kitegal is not at all what was received. Kitegal is requiring me to return the item to China when it was clearly shipped from New Jersey, USA. This company does not deal in good faith.

I ordered a dress from them advertised on Facebook. It was slightly more expensive than a dress I would usually order online. (£50) After almost a month it had not arrived and I contacted them. Even coming from China (?? this is too long. Their reply was prompt and polite - the dress had not yet left them it was having ‘quality control’ but would leave in a ‘day or two’. Surprised, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I gave them another 2 weeks before contacting them. This time I received a badly typed and spelt, brief reply. The dress had still not been dispatched. At this point I was totally suspicious - especially as their advert and presence on Facebook seemed to have disappeared. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, this time I had a polite and perfectly typed reply that told me my dress would be dispatched immediately. But it was too late. I was already totally spooked. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, they refunded me. Since then I have had conflicting mail - emails telling me my item had been dispatched and Messengers telling me they would only refund me if I closed my dispute. Despite having had the chance to refund me previously. The order has been cancelled. PayPal refunded me and I will NEVER buy clothes off social media again. Since leaving this review they have been in touch apologising. I can’t get past the fact they only offered me a refund if I closed my dispute with PayPal - rather than just offering me a refund without strings. I was going to up my stars from 1 to 2 bit see I accidentally gave them 2 initially. I hate leaving bad reviews.
