What people say
The bag I was looking for
The bag I was looking for, but didn't know where to find. Or if it even existed! Compartments are well thought out. Love the optional expansion to a much larger bag. Construction and materials are first-rate; couldn't be happier.
I love my Knack bag
I love my Knack bag! Customer service is top notch.
Flying to New York with style!
We had a trip planned to fly to New York and purchased the medium size. Once fully expanded, I was really impressed with how well it fit under the airline seat in front of us. With the shoulder straps tucked away, it slid in and out easily, making it convenient to quickly grab our electronic devices and store them again during the flight. Great design, practical, and perfect for travel!
Son loved his gift, and now husband has requested a bag!
Purchased a bag as a gift for my adult son. It works as a "work-bag" but it can expand significantly to a weekend backpack/bag. My husband was so impressed that he has requested a backpack/bag as well. Highly recommend these products for high-use, on-the-go adults wanting one bag that will serve multiple uses.
Great product, Responsive service
The company executed a flawless exchange and I received the item I wanted in a timely way. Good, responsive customer service. I am very happy with the product which I believe will suit my needs for years to come.

White backpack has black panel on the back, which is absolutely not obvious from the website - one photo shows is, others show white panel. Misleading and disappointing.

Hi, Apologies for any confusion the photos online caused. The picture of the full black foam panel is the correct color as opposed to the side shot of the Oatmilk Knack Pack. Fortunately, we offer free, 30 day, no-questions asked returns. So if you find the Knack Pack is not to your liking within this time period, you are welcome to return it for full refund.
A well made bag for a long haul trip
A well made bag for a long haul trip. Perfect amount of pockets both hidden and exposed. The expandable section is ample without being too big or unmanageable. Comfortable to wear or hold.
Best travel backpack system by a long shot!
Best travel backpack system by a long shot! Extremely flexible and holds a ton of stuff!
Outstanding quality and customer service
I've been using Knack Packs for about 5 years and there is not a better product or customer service on the market.
No regrets
Responsive, friendly, helpful customer service and a solid bag!
Prompt response answering questions!
Account Manager
I place the order, had a few questions. I called minutes after my order and left a message. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. I spoke with Racheal on the phone. What a superstar! She reviewed my order, sent a note to the warehouse and really helped me out. She saved the day. Have not received the item yet, but based on the customer service I'm sure the quality is just as good! Thank You Knack
Knack bag #2
This will be my second Knack bag. I love my bag! Will seriously have a hard time saying goodbye to my gray one that has been with me almost every day for 7+ years. But it is time for a new one. Also, excellent customer service when I reached in August with a question.

Late delivery but helpful Customer Service
I was really excited to use my travel backpack for my upcoming trip to Italy. However the bag appears to be scheduled for delivery on my day of departure and I won't have a chance to use it. I had to subsequently purchase something else but Customer Service was very helpful to authorize a return / credit when I return from my trip.
