The limited edition Knock'em dead sunglasses were epic and cooler than the website shows. I got the mystery sunglasses for a discount and got a pair I didn't really like the theme of and have no return options.

Took Care of Issue! I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and unfortunately, I received somebody else's order. The company not only let me keep the other pair, but also shipped the correct ones quickly!

Unable to get it right

Bad information on the website that led me to buy and immediately return the product. Ultra condescending customer service confirming their error but offering a refund “as a courtesy.” (I had already scheduled a return and been promised a refund.) Seems like a place that values the shareholder experience over the customer experience. Do better.

The price is excellent considering the quality. I really appreciate these new products, especially since I had to wear cheaper alternatives for the past week after throwing my old ones away.
