I ordered two pairs of their sunglasses. The order was fast and they shipped quickly. I kept checking the tracking and they were on track for a quick delivery. My issues is that they were delivered to a an address that I had no idea where it was. The picture that showed delivery was a home I had no idea where it was at. Fortunately the homeowner was very honest and put them on my front steps. I opened the package and found two very cheap pairs of sunglasses that looked nothing like the photos of what I ordered. I tried contact both the sender and the shipper and did not receive any assistance from either. I will use these sunglasses for yard work and nothing more. They are not what I feel are sunglasses worth $35.00 per pair.
Knockaround makes insanely good quality shades for the price, they ship fast, and have great and responsive customer service. I've been buying from them since 2020 and I'll keep buying from them as long as they keep making shades!
I boght a pair of glasses, order KN3041093, and paid extra for a fast shipping. They should have arrived until July 20th, but nothing so far... I've already contacted the company, but received only an automatic message as response, nothing was resolved, and the tracking link they gave me doesn't work. Total scam!
I have bought these before because they are cheap but reliable. Reliability goes out the window when you pay for expedited 2 day shipping, and still haven't seen the product a full four business days later.
I received my 1st pair as a free gift they gave to nurses one year for nurses week (shout out to an AMAZING GIFT BTW!!) and I LOVED them soooo much that I bought 2 more pairs! I am TOUGH on glasses and these don't seem to scratch or knick and hold up to me just tossing them in my back, or in my cup holder. Plus they are comfy on my oversized head :)

When one of the screws on my custom sunglasses came loose and was lost after only a couple of months, I reached out hoping there might be a solution. Even though my custom pair wasn’t eligible for a standard warranty replacement, the customer service team took the time to work with me and offered a one-time replacement from the Torrey Pines Collection.
Companies are going to have policies, but what truly sets them apart is how they treat their customers when something falls outside those policies. Knockaround’s team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely wanted to help. They made the process easy and left me feeling valued as a customer instead of simply pointing me to the fine print.

Items never shipped, scam!
Ordered two pairs of sunglasses, but they never shipped. Have seen others with this exact issue on here. Customer service is a loop. The phone and live chat don't work and the email gets only an automated response. Follow ups are completely ghosted. Initiating a charge back.
For many years it was ok. I like their glasses. But now it's a joke. My order hasn't moved for three weeks. I cannot contact anyone there, as they're saying that no one is available, no matter what time I'm writing. For couple of days their AI bot is writing me that I'll receive an email and nothing happened. It's a disaster now.
Solid quality and some unique designs. I would recommend knockaround for someone who always loses their Raybans but doesn’t want to rock gas station shades.
Slow shipping and never shipped my replacement order.
They shipped the first order and the glasses were almost kid sized, so I sent them back. It took forever for them to arrive, and the return process seemed easy. Say what you are returning, get credit to immediately apply to other frames, and they'll mail them immediately.
Well, they never mailed the replacement frames, and I sent back my original order.
About a month later, support appologized and gave me a full refund. They never mailed the order, at all.
I can't recommend them after that 2 month long ordeal. I ordered a pair on amazon for less and they were here in a few days. I'll pass on Knockaround
I ordered a pair of Knockaround sunglasses from Amazon and it appears that I will not receive the order until 3 or more days after the promised delivery date. Poor way for a business to operate.
Have bought several pairs over the years. They’re adequate, but not great. Lenses scratch easily and coating bubbles. Maybe more stylish, but no better quality than gas station glasses. And now they’ve decided to rip off their prior customers by getting rid of their points with no notice. Why get mediocre glasses from a disreputable company?
Love my knock around sunglasses. I probably own six pairs. They have last multiple uses with braking. I also get a lot of compliments on them. I have made two custom pairs
