I received an XL and it was too large so I requested an exchange for a L. They insisted that I keep the XL and are sending me a size L for free. Excellent customer service!

It is so rare to find a company that actually follows through on its promises these days. I asked to exchange two items for a different size, and customer support told me to keep the original pieces and that they would send the replacements. I was genuinely surprised when the package actually arrived, as standard practice elsewhere usually involves jumping through hoops. Outstanding integrity and customer service!

They waited 2 weeks after confirmation to cancel my order on the basis they wouldn’t deliver to my area. They refunded me, but it still meant the present I was giving my child was ruined as by then it was too close to the event to arrange a replacement from elsewhere. They cancelled when I asked for an update on delivery. If I’d not asked, maybe I’d never have had a cancellation or refund. Seems like they accepted payment and sent the order confirmation and then just sat on it. Don’t assume that ‘no news is good news’ and that a ‘confirmation ’ means you’ll receive anything .

This website claims to ship from the U.S., but that is a complete lie. They are actually a Chinese company, and it takes at least a month to receive your order. They are scammers.
