Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, they charge extra fees, they lie about my flight changed status stating the flight was cancelled due to technical difficulties when in fact the flight was on time it was never cancelled by the airline and the never provided me with a confirmation number which is needed for check in. They also charged me an extra 90 dollars to rebooked on another flight when this was their fault for lying that it was cancelled. They never pick up the phone at customer service , I called non stop the phone rings for 5 mins straight with no assistance. Terrible service.
