These reviews have to be fake. Never book with this third party just go through the air line or find a more reputable third party. Their customer service is terrible. I had to book a one way home which cost me an additional $300 bc I was not getting any updates on my outgoing flight.

DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! The raised the price on my fare then never got back to me to tell me any updates. I was super upset because I have a family emergency and the so called flight was overbooked…I need to get home. Now it’s almost impossible cause I have to wait to get my refund and flight prices are outrageous. I Did not receive my refund so now I’m stuck and extremely frustrated.

This truly is a scam. You cannot get a hold of them. I canceled a ticket going to Detroit, but I wanted to keep the ticket returning. They refunded me for the ticket partially but now that I’m trying to confirm my flight back home it’s cricket I had to book a flight directly through frontier just to ensure that I can get home so I spent an extra $310 for a one-way ticket through Frontier directly because these people do not reply do not book for these people. I am actively working to try to get my refund for my flight home since I’ve already paid for another one directly through the airline.

I regret booking an airplane ticket with this company. The communication is extremely poor. The representatives do not answer the phone despite me calling several times and leaving messages because I did not receive my boarding pass. When someone finally answered the phone, they stated that I would receive my boarding pass 24 hours before my flight. The day before my flight came, and I still had not received my boarding pas. I emailed, called, and left messages. Finally, around the 20th call that I made, a representative answered the phone. She informed me that my boarding pass will be sent by the afternoon. Of course, it was never emailed to me in the afternoon, so I continued to call constantly and finally someone picked up the phone at 8:00 PM. I let the representative know that I do not have a boarding pass and my flight is tomorrow. The representative said that they are working on it, and I should receive the boarding pass in my email in about one hour. An hour later, I still did not receive a boarding pass. I emailed them and called. No one answered the phone or responded to my email. At 10:00 PM, I sent them a email requesting a refund. Then, I booked my own flight because I had to attend an event the next day. Do not use this company. Always book directly with the airline.

Please don’t depend on this company. They are frauds. I was waiting for tickets, and the day before, they tried to put my family on another flight with an over 7-hour layover. I’m still waiting for a refund. Run fast and stay away from this company.

Was told I'd get my etickets on June-21-2026 and I have not received them so I've been emailing them as they say they have a 24/7 email and no one is returning my emails. This flight is very important as a family member isn't expected to survive he is in the hospital in ICU. This is very frustrating not only for what I paid but more importantly the flight to get to my loved one before it's to late. Update: I read a few of the reviews and see others have gone through the same situation and said that they got their tickets last minute. Why would a agent do that? We try and plan our trips accordingly and assure that everything is in order including our tickets. I hate to have to travel to O'hare airport chicago that is on a good day 1 1/2 hours away with good traffic not including the time ur supposed to check in by. I will revise my review n stars if I get my flight plans before tomorrow morning I have to leave my home at 4:30am to get to the airport on time n not have to rush as I am disabled. UPDATE: So we ended up getting the etickets at 3:48a on flight day this was nerve racking not knowing if u got scammed or what but thankfully we made it just in time. But now we have a dilemma.we never got our return flight tickets so are they going to do the same thing??? I truly hope not. And trying to.get ahold a live agent is impossible oh and emailing an waiting for a response forget about it. So I'm moving them up to 3 stars so far

This is a scam company. I purchased 2 tickets on June 5 2026. I should have known it was sketchy when no one answers the customer service line. I received an email calling me “dear”. A foreign woman called me back saying her name was Jane telling me I will receive my flight confirmation a day before my departure and the price increased. Never received my tickets ending up paying $500 for last minute airline tickets thru a legitimate company who provided my boarding passes instantly. DO NOT PURCHASE a parking pass from this fraudulent website. Horrible experience.
