She was very rude - she was telling me that she couldn't hear my voice but she was clearly agitated and when I mentioned that I don't want to proceed with reservation, she was very direct about asking why I don't want it. She also kept me in hold for 5 minutes. I was bothered that she didn't want to change my title from Mrs. to Ms. Additionally, she mentioned that it doesn't matter to her when it clearly matters to me.

Thank you lastfaredeals and customer service consultant and representative Mary for your truthful and helpful support and reliability. I booked a flight through your service, the ticket and boarding pass does arrive a little close for me, only 24hrs prior, but at least I could comprehend that the ticket was genuine, however all for naught as the airline, Frontier, cancelled the outgoing flight for no given reason. I immediately filed for a full refund, of course that was considerably more than what I paid for the ticket through your service, but the main point is you investigated my ticket and found it to be true and released a refund which is all I asked for having had the bad experience of being cancelled for such an important business trip. Don’t waste your money

Never sent any type of confirmation. Contacted support several times to be sent to an agents voicemail that didn’t return a call. My dad got to the airport and was not on the flight we booked.
