What I really would like to do is give them a negative rating but instead I’m moving forward to reporting them to the FTC for my experience with this company. I booked a flight a week ago. I’m supposed to be flying out tomorrow noon and I spent the whole day today going back-and-forth because I do not have a flight and they keep promising me to call back in three hours and will give you your new confirmation after the two they sent me were fraudulent boarding passes! so it’s 8:11 PM and I just canceled my vacation because of this fraudulent company. Please beware and don’t fall in the trap they put me. Not only where they fraudulent when I tried to call directly to the airline they told me I could rebook a flight with them, but they flagged my credit card because it was tied in with this company’s credit card that they put down to give you a promotional deal. So I couldn’t even pay with my debit card because it’s flagged because of this fraudulent company.
