All I can say is that this agency is a scam. I booked a flight and a day to the trip, they sent me a false airline confirmation code. I couldn't check in online with the code. On the morning of my trip, someone named Nick called me to say that the airline canceled my trip because of over booking. I ended up paying a higher fee to travel. This agency scammed me of $319. No where to report to get my money back. I pray that whoever is behind this fraudulent agency will be arrested and prosecuted someday. The agency is aSCAM!!!!

Elicia Lopez was outstanding to work with. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the airline and took the time to patiently walk me through every step of the process. What truly stood out was her compassion throughout my entire storyline — she listened, understood my concerns, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Although I did not end up purchasing a ticket this time, Elicia made such a strong impression that I will absolutely use her as my purchasing agent for years to come. She is a true asset and someone I would confidently recommend to others.
A very satisfied costumer
I am very happy about the service that was rendered the assistant Jane was very polite, kind and patient. Also I can’t forget the discount for the ticket was perfect and I was able to book my flight
