Very frustrating experience
Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. They "lost" my wired funds for several days but never contacted me, I only found out because I called to ask about the delay in shipping info. They promised that shipping would happen as soon as the funds were confirmed, yet they had my funds in their account for over 20 days before finally shipping. The account rep was no help and refused my request for a refund and refused my request to speak to management, he even hung up on me several times.

I tried to pick up my silver coin at the FedEx store near me, but Lear Capital, has a directive that doesn’t allow that. It must be delivered. We had to stay home 10 hour days waiting for FedEx. We missed it once, then FedEx had to track it, finally found it and received it 7 days after first attempted delivery. We could have saved a lot of time just picking it up.
