After I initially reached out for info, I had a real person call and answer my questions. Brendan was very patient, as I am a complete newbie to investing in metals. We explored IRA's and all my options. Finally made what I thought to be a fairly large purchase after discussing several combinations. After they received my funds, Brendan just called me again to tell me that my shipment goes out tonight ! Really looking forward to a long term relationship with a company that I can trust. Thanks LEAR for making me feel more secure.
