I have ordered twice from LeatherCult. The first item was a custom, made to measurement leather jacket. The fit and quality of workmanship is fantastic. My second order was a custom hat made with goatskin. Again, fantastic quality. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I will continue to be a customer.
I encountered problems with my third order. The jacket I received was so tight that I couldn't wear it. I reached out to address the issue, but unfortunately, I feel ignored. Had I known this would happen, I would have refrained from ordering from them. I had intended to make more purchases, but this experience has made me reconsider. Dealing with them have been incredibly frustrating. It is unacceptable to treat a returning customer this way.

I requested a rush order and the folks at customer service were amazing. The order arrived in time for our function. The follow up and concern for our needs was very supportive. The sizing and quality was excellent.
This company and Terry from their customer serivce team is not to be trusted. I ordered a pair of leather jeans, they came and were admittedly from Terry at Leather Cult not made according to the measurements I provided. Initially they refused to redo my jeans even after they admitted to making them with the wrong measurements. When I said I would take this up with my credit card company, they changed their tune and agreed to make me a new pair of jeans, as the original pair were unwearable, at no additional charge and to the proper measurements. Then Terry came back and asked if I wanted to adjust any of the other measurements since they were re-doing the jeans and that if so they would charge and additional $65 to do so. I agreed and resubmitted my measurements and paid the $65. I then received an email stating that I would have to pay $100 for the remake of the jeans. Over the course of 10 emails back and forth throughout the process, Terry changed their tune each time and was never consistent with what they were or were not going to do with my order. I finally said enough is enough. This company is not to be trusted, ESPECIALLY if you have a problem with your order and what was made.

I have purchased from Leathercult several times before. This time I wanted something different in colour so I orderd a pair of burgundy leather pants to wear in the Spring and Autumn as I always wear Black normally. They do a custom made service which I always use so that they fit to the body perfectly. When I received them a few weeks later, they were perfect as the quality of the buttery soft leather so soft to touch and they fit me like a glove and feel and look so sensual n masculine in them. Defo recommend them for leather 👍
