Fast delivery and good support. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

Ignores custom sizing and ghosts emails.

Spent weeks attempting to get clear sizing information from the company. Finally was assured the custom sizing (really only standard size S with additional length in sleeve) would be possible. Placed order. Item arrived with sleeve length _less_ than standard size S. Have been attempting to get some sort of resolution from them for weeks, however they now are ignoring emails. It is a pity, as the jacket is generally nice and if the sizing was as requested I'd have ordered more.

'Custom sizing' is WAY off

After waiting for years to find the right jacket to spend a decent amount of money on, I was so excited to buy this Lauren German Lucifer leather jacket on Leathercult for around $200. I went for the custom measurements and entered them as directed. The jacket came and it was MASSIVELY oversized, at 3 1/2" over in the chest and arms. I usually wear a Large (sometimes medium) in most clothing and this fit like an XXL. I know the return policy says that for an exchange of an ill-fitting item you have to pay for return shipping, so I tried to take it to two different tailors who said they would work on leather items. Neither of them would take it because they said it was just SO big that it would be too much work to take it in. I took photos of the measurements and sent it to LeatherCult and asked if they'd make an exception even though I was past the return window. They replied "Please note that since the order was placed using your custom measurements, we have applied our standard allowances to ensure comfort and a better overall fit. We recommend taking the jacket to a trusted local seamstress or tailor, who should be able to make the necessary adjustments with ease." This was AFTER I told them I'd already tried this and was told it was so oversized that it was too difficult of an adjustment. And nearly four inches is not just a 'standard allowance,' it's at least two full sizes larger. Needless to say, I now have an admittedly good-quality leather jacket that's nowhere near my 'custom' size, that is unwearable. So big fail here.

Leather quality if not worth £160. more like a £60-80 jacket. You can get much better leather quality for £160 from china . Even the £30 they charge extra for inner lining is just not worth it. The guys need to introspect the quality of leather they produce vis-a-vis the price they charge.

Bad tailoring

The left leg of the pants is about .5" or .75" shorter than the right. Sent an email to Leathercult and am hoping for a quick solution.

Jacket came out wonderfully

Jacket came out wonderfully! Exactly what I had hoped for. The only thing that I didn't expect was that the jacket color was brighter than the color sample I had received prior. However, I was kindly warned that may be the case if I spaced out my orders too far from eachother. Overall, exceeded expectations and will do business again.

No return policy. Scam . Avoid

No return policy, unhelpful customer service. They sent a wrongly tailored jacket, at least 2 sizes up and they have sent me to a private tailor to be adjusted. No common sense.

If you want to have room to move you need to give larger measurements

Other than saying we need to submit our measurements, it did not say it would be made to those exact measurements. With anything I've ever ordered that asked for my exact measurements was made a little larger to account for clothes. This was not. That really needs to be said. I love the jacket however I can not button it around the chest so it does not work for me.
