It took a while to receive the pre-ordered empty box to ship my VCR tapes back in, but after receiving the empty box, the rest of the service went fast.

We ordered Legacy Box about 3 years ago and had results on a jump drive. Every time we’d try watch got “error” massages. Finally after continuous frustration called Legacy Box to see if they had our media saved to get in the cloud. They did not but offered to re-do if we paid shipping and tax. Sent us the media box, re-tagged and sent back. There was some additional charges for added media over 40 items but base charges were still comped. After about a week completed the transfers and was able to see all our old media and photos on their cloud site. After initial frustration now have all of our years of memories to see and share with the family.

I have been trying for a week to login to my account. I forgot the password and when I choose "Forgot Password" no email is ever sent. I have contacted Support but they only respond every other day, and have not been helpful. Support has responded to this complaint so I hope to have some positive results soon.

I’m totally amazed by Legacy box and your Customer Service.. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The reason I did go with you guys and not Kodak or all these other digital companies is because you did have a Customer Service number and a couple of times I called just to understand the whole process, and your representatives that picked up were absolutely amazing 😇 all of them.. They answered all my questions…..When I was trying to understand how the process worked and what to do… I love your legacy box that you ship out to us and then how it goes back to you then it comes back to me Lol 😆 Your company is so professional. I love the booklet that you’ve created that you get on your first delivery and then the next booklet that you get once your process was complete… I am blown away and how perfectly smooth everything went.. I was not in a hurry to get the tapes back. I wanted you guys to take all the time you need it but they came back super quick totally impressed. 💯 I am so happy I went with you guys and once again I love that you have the customer service phone number and beautiful people to answer your calls..( my opinion ) I would always keep this number available even if it’s limited hours because I think it really helps sell the whole process if people are leery about their first tape transfer..and confused at first on how to start.. the process I wish you guys all the success in the world because you are very honest, thorough, totally engaged, and I appreciate your entire staff.. I would totally be a spokesperson for you if there’s anything you need from me. And I have about 30 more tapes to send in. I’m just trying to juggle how to get that done.
