Quality lenses and affordable. The only thing that's frustrating was the shipment. It took longer than making the lense itself. Hoping to have a faster shipment next time. I will definitely recommend and use it for my next set of glasses.

A simple process from start to finish. I had an old pair of glasses that I absolutely loved and wanted to put my new prescription in them and was thrilled to find a company that could do that at a much more reasonable price.oh did I mention these glasses make me look younger.
Love real glass lenses!
I'm just very happy that someone still makes glass lenses. Never cared for the easily scratched plastic lenses that seem to attract oils and dust.

I was originally told my old glasses were fragile and might break with new lenses, but I told them to go ahead, and LF did. I got them back today and they are great. These are my favorite pair because they are very large with dark tint which I use when I've been crying. Thanks!

My glasses and sunglasses are perfect
My glasses and sunglasses are perfect. The experience was great and so much cheaper than going through my eye doctor’s office. I was quoted $600 for sunglasses that I already had the frames for vs less than a 1/4 of that through Lens Factory. Highly recommend them!

These folks went above and beyond. I got a 20% off coupon when asking a question during placing my order. Then when they had my frames, there was an issue with one frame - they made it 100% right without any prompting by me. Superior customer service. Will definitely use them again.
