The lenses you made are very, very, good and have met all of my expectations. There are a couple of small spots on the frame where the bronze finish is worn off and the silver metal shows through. However, I know that there is a disclaimer for damage to frames provided and the spots are so small that only I will notice. I also understand how fragile the finish can be and that it is difficult to manipulate these frames without some possible glitches. Over all I am very pleased with my new lenses and your excellent work! Thank you!

Great price on replacing the lenses on lens replacement.

Great price on replacing the lenses of my favorite Airlock frames. They made it easy with the option of paying $10 for a shipping kit. I only gave 4 stars because it took a little longer to get my glasses back than I expected. I will definitely use LensFactory again.

Lens Factory does excellent work!

I sent in my Husband frames that we both liked real well on him but one of the lenses in that frame was inferior. So I sent in John’s new prescription along with his frames, and this was our first purchase with your company. I had checked another lens factory before yours and found it over priced, but I found your price very fair. The service was great! They returned the glasses swiftly and the packaging was done with excellence. When my husband tried them on,he was totally pleased with how they came back to him with such perfection and he has enjoyed wearing them since he got them.He has no complaints, and That is big. Thank you Lens Factory staff! You did a great job!

Lens Replacement

I’ve had 3 pair of lenses replaced. They are fast and accurate. I’m glad I can use my old glasses instead of always buying new ones.

Glass lenses at last

I am 80 years old, so when I needed eyeglasses many years ago, they were glass, not plastic.but when I got my last pair a year ago I was not satisfied. They were progressive vision. I felt bifocals would serve me better, and I really wanted glass. It was not easy to find glass l lenses, so when I found Lens Factory I was thrilled. I chose the light and dark glass. It was a wait to get my eyeglasses, but it was worth it. My vision is clear when playing games on my phone, and I am so much more comfortable with the bifocals. My contact with LF was great. If I need a new prescription in time, I will definitely turn to LF and new glass eyeglasses. I am totally satisfied.

I was so pleased with my first experience with Lens Factory that I order another set of backup glasses. Not only was the turn around fast, but the lenses (trifocals) were accurately placed for my vision. I would not hesitate to recommend Lens Factory to anyone wanting quality lenses without the high prices.

I had purchased a pair of glasses from a discount, overseas online eyeglass company. (NOT the domestic company which starts with the letter "Z" as they are a great provider and have excellent opticians). The mid-range portion on the lenses was unusable and caused tremendous eye strain and headaches. I very much liked the frames, so I contacted Lens Factory for advice. I was sent a pre-paid shipping box. Lens Factory made new lenses as per my prescription and placed them into the frames. My vision now is absolutely perfect. I ordered the premium progressive lenses with anti-reflective coating. The price was very reasonable at $168.00. If anyone has frames that you don't want to part with, and have a new eye prescription, definitely look into Lens Factory. You won't be disappointed. Everyone at Lens Factory is exceptionally helpful and their customer service is superb.

I am VERY happy with my lenses from the Lens Factory. They filled my prescription and installed the lenses in less than 2 weeks and they are 100% better than the lenses I had before. I plan on using the Lens Factory again next time I need lenses or sunglasses.

Amazing Job

Given that I have a fairly difficult prescription and in tri-focal and drill mount, I was wonderfully pleased with the quality and accuracy of the lens placements. Excellent job, no adjustment required right out of the box. Also, the price was an incredible savings.
