Always do a great job
Always do a great job. I wear vintage gold filled wire rings glasses and after having American Vision and Costco optical each break a beloved (and hard to find) frame, I found lens factory online. They have done at least 4 sets of lenses and have never damaged or broken my frames.
Ray Ban Meta 1 lens swap success!
I was worried that because the frames were Ray Ban Meta ones that it may be difficult to swap out the lenses without damaging the technology (read some concerning reviews). But everythign went well. I got them back in a timely manner and they work perfectly. Very satisfied. Plus the price was right!
My wife and I ordered progressive…
My wife and I ordered progressive lenses, and both pairs were made very poorly. The near vision was almost unusable and the distance vision was blurry. They remade the lenses twice, and each time the same problems remained. After more than four months of back-and-forth, they only refunded half of our money, even though the glasses never worked. We had to pay again and get the lenses remade locally. Very disappointing quality and service. I would not recommend them.

Hey ordered "glass" and it took a minute longer than plastic, but it was well worth it. Really like the feel, they look so clean and what a professional job. I thought the cost was super reasonable for what I asked. and the company completely came through. Can't thank staff enough who made me feel valued and communicated with me well when there was a short delay.
Finally, completely clear, non-blue blocking lenses
Finally, after ordering lenses from two other websites, I FINALLY received a pair of perfectly clear lenses: no blue light blocking, no color distortion, from you folks. Tech support at both of these other websites assured me that they are perfectly clear and they were not. I am an artist and photographer and needed glasses that do not filter and distort colors. They failed. You delivered!
Outstanding value and service
The web site is very easy to navigate, clean, intuitive andallowed me to customize my new lenses. After placing the order I received several follow up emails from the customer service team to insure my order was in process. Within 2 weeks I received my frames with the new lenses. They are perfect. better that the original ones. I have now sent in an additional frame for lens updating. Both replacement orders are less that half of a new pair of glasses from my optomotrist. Well done. A great value.
Easy to use; economical; quick service
This is the second year we've used Lens Factory to order my husband's VA prescribed glasses. It is the most economical way to go both in reusing frames and sending newly purchased frames. The service is outstanding. And we are happy that we can patronize a veteran-owned business. I'm sure that my next glasses will also be from Lens Factory.
