The print was a little crooked
The print was a little crooked. They said it was within their tolerance and that the paper may shift during printing. Never had that problem before; I've been ordering these offering envelopes for 15+ years. I just thought I would try a new company to compare.

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your previous message noting a measurement of 1 cm on the right and 0.9 cm on the left, this 0.1 cm variance falls within the industry standard 1/16" printing tolerance. We have not heard back from you. Could you please let us know if the entire order was affected, or if this occurred on only a few envelopes? We take our reviews seriously and are happy to resolve any pertinent issues, but we need further communication.
Easy ordering and great customer service
We have been ordering envelopes from Letter Jacket for years and have been quite happy with the products we've received. The ordering process is so easy compared with other vendors we've used, and their support is wonderful. This last time they took the extra step of enhancing our logo artwork before sending a proof, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely order from them again.

Order letter jackets like July 1st…
Order letter jackets like July 1st still havent seen them. So it takes a bit to receive ?

Hi Jonette, Can you please explain why we deserve a 1-star review? You placed an order after 5pm on July 1st. We processed your order and emailed a proof on July 2nd. You approved the proof July 2nd at 5:20pm. This is after hours on a holiday weekend. So we did not see the approval until Monday July 6th when we marked your order approved. We printed and shipped your order by Monday July 13th which is 5 business days. The proof we emailed you stated our current turn times were 5-7 business days. We also emailed you the tracking info. Have you tracked the shipment? It shows to have been delayed by UPS. We are very sorry about this, but we cannot control UPS or their deliveries. We did what we said we were going to do, please consider re-evaluating this review. As a business owner you know how 1-star reviews affect your business. Thank you
Just reordered my custom envelopes, great price, great quality!
We decided to have custom envelopes printed for our church and we were able to upload and edit the template, review a final template, and have high quality envelopes printed and shipped quickly for a very reasonable cost! This company is professional, responsive in communication, and pleasant to deal with! I just reordered and I had no problem using our previous template! I highly recommend!

Custom Print Was Not Straight on the Envelopes
Received our custom envelopes and every single one of them, with our custom logo printed on them, is printed crooked. It's slight, but never-the-less the print is not straight which is incredibly disappointing since this is literally what the company does- custom printing on envelopes.
