My recent experience has been quite frustrating. I was told that I needed to "opt in" for tax prep (a service which is supposed to be included for my $300+ per month membership fees), and can only do that with some magic link that support had to send me. This was after being given an incorrect link, and having no way to access tax prep in my dashboard. Immediately after "opting in", my account is broken and I cannot even log in. This happened immediately after Lettuce decided to change banks, which means I can't access my new bank info or give that to clients to get paid. Running a business is hard enough, and this service is supposed to simplify things like banking and taxes. In my recent experience, those things have been overly complicated and burdened by issues within the app.

My onboarding is going terribly. I still have not received the proper documentation to bill my clients under what was supposed to be my transition to an S-Corp. I get slow responses from support (more than 24 hours) and only an email which did not address all my questions. I requested a 1:1 meeting with someone from support and was ignored. I am now going to try to get a refund, which hopefully will happen, but I am not optimistic.

Lettuce is a blessing. I don't think I would have been able to pivot to a fractional and be successful without having the tooling and platform in place to manage my formation, key accounting, invoicing, payments. I would need to have a few separate tools that don't integrate together and spend a lot of time an headache to do this all myself. I recommend Lettuce to anyone who will listen.

Everything works great. They filed my initial paperwork, set up bank accounts, etc. The only issue I have with it is lack of 3rd-party integrations-- I feel like they push their own debit card/401k plan, and there are better deals on the market than their affiliate programs
Most features of lettuce I love. The only place they fall down is bookkeeping. It is the hardest and weakest part of the platform.

I love Lettuce. As I wrap up my first year as a customer, I’ve come to rely on it more and more. It gives me peace of mind knowing my taxes and payroll are handled correctly and automatically—and I’m saving a ton. As a Fractional CMO running my own business, I don’t have time to think about taxes. In 2024 I wasn’t using Lettuce, and I’m sure I paid more than I needed to and it was way more work. Now it just happens in the background. I’ll never go back.

Simply the best decision of 2025 Amazing and smooth experience, from research to onboarding to the actual usage. Last thing to verify is the Personal Tax filing, but if it's anything like the other features, then there's nothing to worry about.

It has not been a great first year experience. All the webinars and website make it sound like interactive and great tax help compared to competitors that just provide a tool. That has not been my experience at all. You don't get anyone assigned to your account, which is fine, but they only way to ask questions is via email and of 5 issues due to my State reaching out to me saying Lettuce hasn't done something or filed something incorrectly, I have had to reach out to them multiple times on ALL 5 issues to finally get a reply (I am still awaiting a reply on the last issue and its been 2 months). Based on my experience, I have been telling my network this isn't the company to use.

I wouldn't be able to do what I do without Lettuce. As a solopreneur, their suite of tools has been a game-changer, making everything from S-Corp formation to day-to-day finances feel manageable. To be fully transparent, my start wasn't perfectly smooth. I ran into a few snags during the onboarding and formation process, but looking back, they were mostly my own doing—like providing the EIN for one of my existing business with a different name instead of opting to form a new LLC and get a new EIN. This is where Lettuce really showed their value. Instead of pointing fingers, their support team, particularly Davis, was incredibly patient and helpful. They clearly explained what needed to be done and walked me through fixing it. I even had an issue activating my debit card that turned out to be a wider network problem, and they were professional and appreciative of the feedback. It's that support, combined with a platform that just works, that makes me a fan. They are built by fractionals for fractionals, and you can feel it. Now, everything is in one place: invoicing, getting paid, having both a physical and virtual debit card, and easily paying my contractors. It has been a huge lift. The platform is amazing and keeps getting better. I'm grateful for the peace of mind it gives me to focus on growing my business instead of getting lost in admin. If you're a solopreneur, I can't recommend them enough.
