DISHONEST. OVER-PRICED After 7 years of "adequate", yet over-priced, service I called to terminate service. It was clear that the intent was to incur no more charges. Long story short - they admit that t his was the intent but charged an additional $75 anyway and claim nothing can be done about it. If you're considering their services...move on. Much better can be found for less. Kathy Whitney was the respondent who admitted my intentions but claims there is no recourse.

Latasha made the onboarding experience fantastic. She was knowledgeable and patient as she walked me through customizing the scripts and the use of the technology. I haven't started using the service yet. If the agents are as good as Latasha, I will be pleased.
