ZERO stars. I ordered a hair topper. It's not light and subtle at all, its chunky, thick, and creates a weird 'lump' on the top of my head. It is entirely the wrong colour (I ordered a light brown/honey blonde and it's ash blonde/grey) and they have been extremely reluctant to give me a refund. They offered me 20%, then 30%, then 40%. I insisted it needed to be 100% because the product was the wrong colour. Eventually they offered me 100% but only if I sent the product back (postage would have been £18). I refused and insisted on a refund and a pre-paid postage label - they finally agreed. Now, despite chasing them for two month, I have had no choice but to open a complaint through my credit card because they won't process my refund. They keep fobbing me off with 'we have rushed it through to finance department' and it's all lies. They're waiting for me to give up (like most people do). DO NOT GIVE UP. They are liars and thieves. Get your money back via your card company.

the wig was not anything like the picture advertisement. the water wave was bulky in the front . it was terrible

Do not order from this company! I ordered what was advertised as a Laura geller foundation, brush and palette. When it arrived it was not Laura geller at all just a cheap imitation. No brush and no foundation. When I queried they said oh sorry you can have 20% off! I said no I want the products. Never heard from them again. Very disappointing

Customers are treated badly, just care about the money

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I paid for my order, but it was never delivered to me. The courier claims it was delivered to a different location, but when I contacted them, they told me to resolve it with the retailer. The retailer is now telling me to contact the courier. I am caught in the middle, out of pocket, and dealing with endless back-and-forth-terrible customer support.

Wasn't aware that the wig was coming from overseas. Received it today and it looked nothing the advertisement picture. It has a permanent middle part.that be manipulated. Its not a lace front and braids aren't boxed and precise as it appears in the picture

Sent me different length, quality was horrible, was supposed to be real human hair as advertised and was not. Actually laughable what they sent. Thought it was a joke until contacting “customer service” which solidified how crooked they are. Yeah, offer me $6.00 refund/credit and I can keep item!! I wouldn’t even put that thing on my dog. What a dishonest company (?). I’m sure they are laughing all the way to the bank.

I ordered a “Laura Geller” make up set…

I ordered a “Laura Geller” make up set with bronzer and makeup brush and received only the makeup palette, so I contacted them straight away and asked for the missing items to be sent as it was a 3 item order. I was offered 10% discount off a future purchase which I rejected, then I was offered 20%. I explained as it wasn’t as advertised, then I wanted a full refund and I could return the item sent, if they sent a postage label. I have been emailing them since February without any luck, so far and their response is always the same, the process takes time. Do not buy from this company.

Very poor indeed. Leads buyer to believe this product I purchased was Laura Gellar make up kit. Used her photo and same name of product ie: “balance &brighten ” Repeatedly contacted them for refund - they replied ,but never sent refund . What I fool I was to be taken in . !😖

I would not recommend buying from this company at all. I placed an order in February and only half came. They took ages to offer a resolution and since offering a partial refund I have heard absolutely nothing!!! We are now over 3 months. Horrendous company. Despicable customer service!

The advertisements pictured Laura Geller products, but different products were received. They offer a partial refund of 30% but I declined this. They now want me to send the items back to China. I don’t trust them, do not buy.
