The people that answer the emergency calls are dry as hell so be ready for their humbugness. Also be ready for repetitive calls they are forced to make. People want and need life alert, there’s no need to be so predatory. Again, if you’re reading this, look past that and focus on the few shining stars that work for LifeAlert.
