Every thing was ok. Many calls though. Delivery of box was early and I informed them we wouldn’t be there to get it until a certain date and it still came early.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Trying to cancel a service is next to impossible. 9 phone calls, email, and numerous hoops to jump through. Have been trying for months and they are still taking (stealing now) money from account.

I feel much better knowing that when I’m out of the house my husband can get the assistance he needs quickly and if I’m outside running errands or at my doctor appointments should I need help it will be there for me as well.
