Was not on wait long today at all. Have called before and been on hold for over an hour. The lady I spoke with solved my issue I’ve been having for 3 months and scheduled me an appointment to get the problematic device replaced. Now my toddler won’t have to wait in the hot car for the handheld to decide if it wants to work today or not.

They are say I have violations that I don’t have I video all the problems I have with this device and would recommend that anyone using this company closely monitor what’s happening

Lifesaver price gauges at any chance it can get. I blew a false positive and then blew again less than one minute later and passed. However, I still have to take my car in and pay for it to be reset when even though it’s operating as normal. This isn’t the first time that lifesaver has over charged me. They have also automatically been scheduling my device maintenance every 30 days instead of 45. I would recommend trying another company for your interlock services.
Thank you for your feedback. All Ignition Interlock Device settings are determined by state regulations. The device is designed to detect even small traces of alcohol from any source to ensure that an impaired driver cannot start or operate the vehicle. Your state also determines if it requires a reset service for a fail blow, not us. A member of our team will be reaching out to provide assistance and answer any questions you may have.

the service beautiful voice and great help. the vendor is making more cash then paris. i had to walk 5 hours and the car got towed for 150 dollars. could had told me to being the cash with or would be towed and lost a whole working day. and i left my chain saw and boat battery in the car and lost 4 mor working dayss.
