Easy to find what I wanted in web site. Arrived quickly and properly packaged.
Not everything is in stock, and site didn't indicate that.
I have no issues at all with the product or service I received. It was what I was looking for. However, when ordering it wasn't clear until after the order was placed that it was a backorder item, i.e., they were ordering from the manufacturer, so it took a bit longer than I had hoped for. Otherwise, good experience as customer service was prompt at replying to inquiries.

Your customer service answered my questions prior to placing the order. The bulbs arrived as ordered, packaged well so all arrived in perfect shape! Perfect timing to get this survey! My son came home over the weekend and replaced our kitchen LED bulbs with these that allow color temp selection! Looks like a new kitchen!
