I have purchased from LILYSILK several times and have always enjoyed their designs. This time, there was an issue with the delivery of my package, but Camille from the LILYSILK Client Care team was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. The material does not seem natural at all
I bought these trousers last year, list price was 127 then. It is a blend so I did not expect anything exceptional, yet they were able to disappoint. It is very unlikely that silk and linens would be so warm, they are hard to wear even in ten UK with 20 degrees, that would not happen with natural fibers. The fit is ok, a bit baggy on the front, the rise should always be shorter on the front which I don’t think it is the case here. Bottom close to the hem is a bit baggy too as you can see form the clients pictures too if you look closely so they lose structure there. At least the fit well on the back.

I made a purchase and submitted my order with a slight mistake in the email address so thought I had been scammed as I did not receive a receipt from Lily silk as I would normally expect. I froze my bank card and decided to write to Lilysilk . I received great service from Camille who tracked down the order and sorted everything out with in 24 hours.
